This article is about the technology of processing gravel-sand mixtures using cement and bitumen emulsion and construction road base layers using them. The article provides an analysis of existing technologies, main properties of gravel-sand mixtures treated cement and bitumen emulsion and a method statement of proposed new construction technology.
