Аннотация

Time management can help with a number of skills, tools, and techniques used to accomplish specific tasks, projects, and goals. This set includes a wide range of activities, including: planning, allocation, goal setting, delegation, time analysis, monitoring, organizing, recording, and prioritization. Shortage of working time - the lack of time resources caused by the improper organization of the employee's activities or illiterate organization by the management, which leads to haste, delays in the completion of work, tasks, poor quality work, losses at work, as a result significantly affects the efficiency of the entire enterprise. In order to use working time efficiently, first of all, you need to know what it is spent on and why it is not enough.
