ANALYSIS OF DIVIDEND POLICY AND TRENDS IN COMMERCIAL BANKS OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

In the article, the author highlights the dividend policy, its role in corporate governance, discusses the issues of the formation of dividend policy, studied the forms of dividend payment. The analysis of trends in the dividend policy in commercial banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan was also carried out on the example of some domestic banks. Based on the research, the author developed recommendations and suggestions.
