IMPROVEMENT OF TECHNOLOGY FOR RESTORING INSULATION OF ELECTRIC TRACTION ROLLING STOCK MACHINES

Purpose: The analysis of the technical condition of the insulation of electric traction rolling stock machines and the determination of its reliability in operation is possible only on the basis of a reliability analysis, which shows that the main damaged node is traction electricmotors (TEM). One of the reasons for failures is the breakdown of insulation due to the peculiarities of the climatic conditions of the external environment and the violation of the technology of the technical content of insulation has been repeatedly discussed in scientific and practical works of specialists of traction rolling stock. The reasons for the sharp increase in insulation breakdowns of TEM NB-514 anchors.
