Investigation of The Influence of The Evenness of Road Surfaces on Traffic Safety

The weather and climatic conditions have the most significant impact on the drivability and evenness of roads. Therefore, when designing the pavement, the dimensions of each layer are chosen taking into account the local climatic conditions of the road construction area. During operation, each highway is continuously exposed to natural factors: climatic, hydrological and hydrogeological, as well as terrain. All these factors can be conditionally combined and called the “external environment ". The analysis of the interaction of the components of the “highway external environment” is important in assessing the evenness of the coating and they ultimately affect the strength and durability of the pavement. These factors are ofgreat importance in ensuring road safety.
