This article corresponds to ESG agenda of the international scientific-practical conference on 4 sections, current problems of transport engineering, engineering mechanics on “Sustainable development of transport: economy, transformations, logistics, ESG agenda” and On July 10, 2020, by the Decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-4779 “On additional measures to increase the energy efficiency of the economy and reduce the dependence of economic sectors on fuel and energy products by attracting available resources” “The Roadmap” on improving energy efficiency and saving fuel and energy resources in large energy- consuming enterprises of economic sectors was approved. Building hydrogen energy infrastructure in the republic, increasing the effectiveness of scientific and practical research in the fields of renewable and hydrogen energy, wide introduction of innovative technologies in production, as well as ensuring the transition of the Republic of Uzbekistan to a “green” economy. Clause 15 of this Roadmap defines the task of “Development of a long-term national strategy for the development of hydrogen energ” This decision adopted by our President is aimed at improving the living conditions of the people of our Republic, production of vehicles that meet the needs of the times, construction of many high-quality highways, improvement of the ecological environment and fulfillment of a number of important requirements [1]. In our country energy safety strengthening in order to of the economy energy efficiency to provide directed complex measures done increase, re recoverable energy from sources to use expand and hydrogen energy infrastructure set up reach in order to our country of the leader of April 9, 2021 “Uzbekistan in the Republic again recoverable and hydrogen energy development measures about” decision acceptance done. Energy crises that arise at the slightest hitch in the sales market traditional fuel, stimulate the search for the most effective substitutes for gas or oil. According to the majority of scientists involved in the search for alternative energy resources, one of the most promising directions for the development of modern energy is an attempt to replace carbohydrate fuels with hydrogen - the most a common chemical elementin nature. Currently, the energy market is dominated by oil, with its share accounts for up to 40% of total consumption. At the same time, three quarters of the explored reserves of crude oil is controlled by OPEC. Uneven distribution of the world's fossil reserves fuels by geographic region and dependence on Middle Eastern “black gold” create constant tension in the economies of developed and developing countries. Environmentalists are also in favor of such modernization, since the product hydrogen fuel decay (water) is an absolutely harmless chemical compounds, which cannot be said about the usual carbohydrates, the combustion of which is accompanied releasing a whole “bouquet” of harmful substances into the atmosphere. The use of hydrogen for car engines helps to solve a number of problems, such as, first of all, environmental cleanliness, unlimited reserves of raw materials [2, 6].
