Аннотация

The strength of locomotive and wagon structures needs to be verified not only by safety margins but also by durability (resource) calculations that take into account technical, design, and operational factors that determine the functionality and safety of structures with specified levels of risk (reliability). Determining the safe service life of rolling stock is a pressing task in the rapid development of the railway industry.
