Аннотация

In the present, Uzbekistan is not only a supporter of the intensive development of the transport sector in Central Asia, but also, on the example of its history on the ancient Great Silk Road, aims to connect the East and West in the modern world, that is, China with Europe through advanced transit transport. The development of the transport sector in Uzbekistan stands at the level of Public Policy. On the example of this, the responsible committees in the transport sector are also looking for ways to develop the transport system. The purpose of this article is to identify linguistic aspects of the development of the transport sector at the international level. Language problems in the existing system are reflected in the lack of mutual understanding of the transport language, errors in documents, barriers to formalization, conflicts in international communication and several similar problems. For the systematic solution of such problems, the cognitive-semantic properties of the language layer are studied using frame  analysis,comparative analysis and methods of conceptual integration. As a result, a three-step layer of concepts is formed. Based on this, when words and terms are presented as a form representation in the first stage, the meaning is generalized in the second stage, and in the last third stage, the part of the desired area is distinguished. Although such a 3-step analysis in the language seems problematic, but it can also be proposed to develop the transport sector as a solution, of course, if it is systematized using digital technologies.
