This article compares and contrasts the mortgage systems in Uzbekistan, the United States of America, and Japan, highlighting the economic, legal, and cultural factors that shape them. The article emphasizes the significance of mortgages in facilitating homeownership and stimulating economic growth, and how the availability and affordability of mortgages impact the housing market and the wider economy. The historical evolution and regulatory frameworks of each country's mortgage system are examined, as well as the challenges they face. The article underscores the importance of studying and comparing mortgage systems to enable cross-border home financing and ensure the long-term stability and sustainability of the mortgage market.
