SOCIAL CAUSES OF THE ISSUE OF DEATH IN PHILOSOPHY: (DEATH CASES ENCOUNTERED IN ROAD TRANSPORT ACCIDENTS)

According to the World Health Organization, 1.35 million people die on the world's roads every year. It is the 8th cause of death for residents of the Earth of all ages in the ranking of causes of death and the main cause of death among residents aged 5 to 29 years. This indicator is highest in countries with low living standards. So, of the 30 countries in the world with the highest mortality rate in road accidents, 25 are African countries. The highest number of deaths per 100,000 inhabitants was recorded in Liberia in 2018 (35.9). WHO experts attribute this to the poor  quality of roads and untimely and/or low-quality medical care for people involved in road accidents. The lowest rates in the world are in Western European countries. If we exclude from the ranking dwarf states such as San Marino (0.9) and states such as the Federated States of Micronesia (1.9), then the world leaders in this indicator are Switzerland and Norway - 2.7 each. The most disadvantaged country in Europe in this ranking is Russia (18), other republics of the former USSR are not far from it: Kazakhstan (17.6), Armenia (17.1), Georgia (15.3), Ukraine (13. 7). With this indicator, Russia is in 72nd place in the world, and Kazakhstan is in 74th.
