Investor Relations Management: Role in strategic sustainability of corporate venture projects

The purpose of this paper is to present the essence of Investor Relations Management and an integrated use of it under the influence of strategic goals of sustainable development of a company, especially using and financing corporate venture projects. Methodology: The authors use historical and comparative analysis to investigate the key principles and tools of modern Investor Relations Management. Classification method is used to group homogenous groups of tolls and factor of IR Management. Findings: It is proved that the current challenges and business development trends affect the financial communication of a company from both external and internal sites. The factors are defined and assessed. The specific situation of strategic venture projects is investigated as a challenge for IR management with clear consequences for sustainable strategic development of business. Originality: The changes in Investor Relations Management in a company with strategic venture funded projects should pay more attention to the prospects and risks of all business’ stakeholders in a long-termprospect.
